All investigations will be handled on an hourly rate basis at $65.00 per hour. This includes evening, weekend and holiday work. Any limits as to the number of hours worked will be discussed on each case.
Mileage will be charged at the I.R.S. Federal rate for all travel incurred while working surveillance and investigative assignments.
A fee of $25.00 per diem will be charged on overnight cases
Videotapes - $10.00 each
Video CDROM's - 10.00 each
Driver's license and motor vehicles checks - $10.00 each
Video Prints and 35MM photos - $3.00 each
No rental fees for surveillance equipment or vans
Hotel/Motel overnight stays - $150.00 per night
Other expenses incurred for items such as medical records, court records and other documentation will be passed on to the customer as they're incurred.
NOTE: Any special arrangements for Flat Rate Assignments, Special Hourly Rates or unusual charges will be discussed prior to the performance of surveillance and investigative services.
